2 ripe avocados, mashed

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
