2 cups snap peas, trimmed and halved

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Fresh dill sprigs for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Snap Peas: Start by bringing a medium-sized pot of water to a rolling boil. Add a generous pinch of salt to the water. Immediately transfer the peas to a bowl filled with ice water to halt the cooking process. Once cooled completely, drain them thoroughly and gently pat dry with a towel.
