1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for added flavor)

Olive oil spray (for air frying)

Prep the Asparagus: Rinse the fresh asparagus under cold water to remove any dirt. Gently pat the stalks dry with a paper towel. To eliminate the tougher ends, trim about 1-2 inches from the bottom of each stalk.

    Create a Breading Station: In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs until they are fully beaten and slightly frothy. In another bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
