1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

Pop the Corn: In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat the coconut oil over medium-high heat. To test if the oil is ready, add a few popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid. Wait until these kernels pop; this signals that the oil is sufficiently hot for popping.

    Add Kernels: Once the test kernels have popped, carefully add the remaining popcorn kernels to the pot. Cover the pot completely with the lid, leaving a small crack for steam to escape.
