1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten until smooth

1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika (optional for a hint of spice)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil spray (or a light drizzle of olive oil)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. This not only simplifies cleanup but also helps achieve a crispy texture on the green beans.

    Prepare the Green Beans: Rinse the fresh green beans under cold water to remove any dirt. Trim the ends off each bean, and then pat them dry thoroughly using a kitchen towel to ensure the breading sticks well.

      Set Up the Breading Station: Create a breading station by setting out three bowls:

        - In the first bowl, add the all-purpose flour.

          - In the second bowl, place the beaten eggs.

            - In the third bowl, mix together the seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until all the dry ingredients are evenly combined.

              Bread the Green Beans: Take each green bean and coat it in the flour, ensuring it’s fully covered, then shake off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess egg to drip off. Finally, roll the green bean in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres well.
