Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup peanut butter (choose creamy or crunchy based on your preference)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain for a tangy flavor or vanilla for extra sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust according to your sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (for optional drizzling)

Chopped nuts (such as almonds, peanuts, or walnuts for optional topping)

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Start by peeling the ripe bananas. Break them into chunks and place them in your blender or food processor.

Blend the Ingredients: Add the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the blender with the banana chunks. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is combined.

Taste and Adjust: After blending, take a moment to taste the mixture. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add additional honey or maple syrup to reach your desired level of sweetness.

Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the banana-peanut butter mixture into your popsicle molds, making sure to leave a little space at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Insert Sticks: Sprinkle the sticks into the molds, pushing them down gently until they are securely in place. If your molds come with a cover, secure it now; if not, simply place the molds in the freezer.

Freeze: Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until they are rock solid throughout.

Prepare Chocolate Drizzle (Optional): If you choose to add a chocolate drizzle, melt the dark chocolate chips using a microwave in short bursts or over a double boiler until smooth. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly.

Unmold the Pops: Once frozen solid, carefully remove the popsicles from the molds. If they’re stubborn and won’t release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them.

Drizzle and Decorate: Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popsicles, and if desired, sprinkle with your choice of chopped nuts for a delightful crunch. Let the chocolate set for a few minutes.

Serve & Enjoy: Indulge in your creamy Banana Bliss Pops, making for a delightful and healthy treat on a sunny day!
