1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Prep the Base: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Use a whisk or spatula to stir the ingredients until the mixture is creamy and fully blended.
