2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on your sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional for that authentic lassi flavor)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Prepare the Mangoes: In a blender, add the diced mangoes along with the Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), ground cardamom (if using), fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well combined.

    Taste and Adjust: Before proceeding, taste the mango lassi mixture. If you desire it to be sweeter, you can add more honey or syrup to reach your preferred sweetness level, then blend again briefly to incorporate.

      Mold the Mixture: Carefully pour the mango lassi mixture into silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin tins. Make sure to leave a small gap at the top of each mold, as the mixture may expand slightly while freezing.
