Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (either plain or your favorite flavored)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (for flavor)

1 cup granola (you can use store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans - roughly chopped)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruits (optional, for added sweetness)

A pinch of sea salt (to enhance flavors)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Whisk the mixture until it's smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.

Add the Crunch Factor: Carefully fold in the granola, chopped mixed nuts, and optional mini chocolate chips or dried fruits. Gently mix until everything is evenly distributed, being cautious not to crush the granola too much.

Line the Baking Dish: Take a baking dish or a flat, rectangular container (ideally around 8x8 inches) and line it with parchment paper. This will help with easy removal later.

Spread Your Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined dish. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, smoothing the top to ensure a uniform layer across the dish.

Freeze Until Solid: Place the dish into the freezer and allow it to freeze for a minimum of 4 hours. The goal is for the mixture to become completely solid.

Cut into Convenient Wedges: Once frozen, carefully lift the mixture out of the dish by pulling on the edges of the parchment paper. Transfer it to a cutting board and slice it into wedges or bars, depending on your preference.

Serve or Store: You can enjoy the wedges immediately for a refreshing treat. Alternatively, transfer them to an airtight container, layering parchment paper between wedges for easy separation. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
