1 cup Hatch green chiles, canned or roasted and diced

½ cup ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cumin

4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the diced Hatch green chiles. Add the ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated, tasting and adjusting seasoning as necessary.

    Warm the Tortillas: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and warm it for approximately 10-15 seconds on each side, just until it becomes soft and pliable. Avoid overheating to prevent the tortilla from becoming too crispy.
