  • 4.0 pieces lamb chops, bone-in
  • 4.0 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2.0 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2.0 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2.0 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1.0 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1.0 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

  • Prepare the Herb Butter: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated, forming a herb-infused butter.
  • Marinate the Lamb Chops: Using a brush or your hands, generously spread the herb butter over both sides of the lamb chops. Ensure each chop is well coated. Let the lamb sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes to marinate and absorb the flavors.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This will ensure a nice browning and crispiness on the lamb chops.
  • Air Fry the Lamb Chops: Place the marinated lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they are not overlapping for even cooking. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness (internal temperature should be around 145°F/63°C for medium-rare).
  • Rest and Serve: Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra kick of freshness.
