1 lb medium-sized carrots, peeled and cut into uniform sticks

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
