2 cups almond milk (or your preferred milk)

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon almond butter

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup sliced almonds (for garnish)

Fresh fruits such as banana slices and berries (for topping)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are blended together and the almond butter is evenly distributed.

    Carefully transfer the oat mixture into individual jars or pour it into a single large container with a lid. Leave about half an inch of space at the top of the containers, as the oats will swell while absorbing the liquid.

      Seal each jar or the container with its lid and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the oats to soak for a minimum of 4 hours, ideally overnight. This soaking time helps the oats absorb the almond milk and the lovely flavors from all the ingredients.
