3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped (optional)
