1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Cooking spray or butter, for greasing

1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and carefully separate it into individual biscuits. Using your hands or a rolling pin, gently flatten each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick. This will make it easier to wrap around the delicious filling.

      Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, set over medium heat, add the crumbled breakfast sausage. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is browned and cooked through. Once done, remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

        Scramble the Eggs: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Scramble the eggs, cooking them until they are fully set and no longer runny. Remove from heat, and allow to cool slightly.

          Assemble the Bomb Bites: Take a flattened biscuit and place a small spoonful of the cooked sausage, a generous scoop of scrambled eggs, and about a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.
