1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 head of butter lettuce or romaine lettuce, separated into individual leaves

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup diced celery

½ cup crumbled blue cheese or vegan alternative (optional)

2 green onions, thinly sliced

Prepare the Tofu: Begin by pressing the tofu to eliminate excess moisture. Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy object on top, allowing it to press for about 15-20 minutes. This step is crucial as it helps the tofu better absorb the flavors of the marinade.

    Cube the Tofu: After pressing, carefully cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch in size.
