4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or spinach for added flavor)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika (for a smoky twist)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and ranch dressing. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes. Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is well-coated in ranch dressing. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and black pepper to your preference. Mix until evenly seasoned.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, spreading it evenly, leaving some space at the edges for folding. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward towards the center, then carefully roll it tightly from bottom to top to form a compact wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and the chicken mixture.

      Heat a Skillet: In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and heat it over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, place the wraps seam-side down into the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
