2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

1 green onion, finely chopped

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried dill (optional, for extra flavor)

4 slices of whole grain bread

Olive oil, for brushing

Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish

Make the Tuna Salad: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated, creating a creamy tuna salad.
