1 cup baby spinach leaves, washed and dried

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, diced into small pieces

1/2 red bell pepper, diced into small pieces

1/2 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the ground turkey. Use a spatula to break the turkey into smaller pieces.
