4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups broccoli florets

1 lemon (zested and juiced)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

    Prepare the Marinade: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the juice and zest of the lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, along with a generous pinch of salt and black pepper.       Marinate the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl or resealable plastic bag, add the chicken breasts.
