Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (use rotisserie chicken for convenience)

8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded Pepper-Jack cheese

1/2 cup green onions, finely sliced (plus additional for garnish)

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust based on heat preference)

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to heat while preparing the dip.

Create the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend these together using a hand mixer or spatula until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Incorporate Chicken and Cheese: Gently fold in the shredded chicken, Pepper-Jack cheese, sliced green onions, and pickled jalapeños. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Season the Mix: Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to ensure that the seasoning is evenly absorbed into the dip.

Prepare for Baking: Transfer the dip mixture into a greased 9x9-inch (or similarly sized) baking dish. Use a spatula to spread the mixture out evenly across the dish.

Bake to Perfection: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. The dip is ready when it’s hot, bubbly, and has a lightly golden top.

Garnish and Enjoy: Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Top with the remaining sliced green onions for a fresh touch. Serve the dip warm alongside tortilla chips or sliced veggies for a delightful dipping experience.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 8-10

Presentation Tips: For an extra pop of color, serve the dip in a vibrant, colorful bowl and arrange the tortilla chips or veggies around it on a large platter. Add a few jalapeño slices on top for garnish!
