    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: Clean the sweet potatoes under running water and peel them. Slice each sweet potato into 1/4-inch thick rounds to ensure they cook evenly.

      Season the Sweet Potato Rounds: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato rounds with the olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss gently until all the rounds are well-coated with the seasoning mixture.
