Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Use a hand mixer or a fork to mix until it’s smooth and creamy.
Add the chopped parsley, chives, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese-butter mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread a generous layer of the herb butter mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer slices of turkey breast evenly on top of the herb butter mixture, followed by a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one side to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside. Once rolled, you can either secure it with a toothpick or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap to hold its shape.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
After all tortillas are rolled, slice each pinwheel into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange them on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
