3 tablespoons cold water

A pinch of salt

Fresh berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries) and fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Infuse the Cream: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Warm the mixture until it is just about to simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching the bottom. Once you see steam rising and small bubbles forming, remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the Earl Grey tea leaves or tea bags to the hot cream mixture, allowing them to steep for 10-15 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the tea flavor will be.

    Strain the Mixture: After steeping, strain the infused cream mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean bowl to remove the tea leaves or tea bags. This will yield a smooth texture for your panna cotta. Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
