3 green onions, sliced thinly

1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped for crunch

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves carefully separated

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to heat up while you prepare the chicken mixture.

    Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, blend together the ground chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, honey, minced ginger, garlic, chopped bell pepper, grated carrot, sliced green onions, and diced water chestnuts. Ensure that all ingredients are mixed thoroughly, so each flavor is evenly distributed.
