    Roast the Sweet Potato: Spread the seasoned sweet potato pieces evenly across a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast them in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Halfway through, turn the sweet potato pieces for even cooking. They should be tender and lightly crispy when finished.

      Toast the Bread: While the sweet potatoes are roasting, toast your slices of whole-grain bread in a toaster or on a skillet until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
